Refund policy
Our refund policy lasts 14 days including the day of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Any orders returned back to us out of this delivery window will be destroyed.
Please note: We do not accept returns from any international orders other than the United Kingdom. Any order that leaves the United Kingdom is final.
Any items ordered using a promotional code, discount code, on sale, or reduced in any way are not returnable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and include any original labels attached.
Any items returned that are not in the original packaging, creased or otherwise, will incur a fee up to the value of the order to put it back in a sellable condition.
We are not responsible for any orders that arrive late or delayed due to postal delays and no compensation will be provided in this matter.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly advise you to send any returns fully tracked AND obtain proof of postage from the post office or courier. We will not accept liability for any damaged or missing orders sent back to us without proof of postage AND a tracking number.
Latest Update: If you have an account with us you can now request a return and add tracking numbers for easier and quicker returns.
